Many of you think of Laketown Wharf as a fantastic vacation destination, but did you know we have long term rentals as well? Many of the same condo-types that are rented to vacationers can be rented under an annual lease.

Here are the details.

• 1 bed, 1 bath – $800 to $1,050
• 2 bed, 2 bath – $1,050 to $1,300
• 3 bed, 3 bath – $1,200 to $1,650
• 3 bed, 3 bath – $1,150 to %1,550

These rates include basic cable, HBO, water, sewer and trash removal and all condos have a bunkroom, and they’re unfurnished.
